Advice & support: How we support you with your emigration

Whether by phone, email, WhatsApp or in person after your arrival in Dubai, our team is always on hand to help you make a smooth transition into your new life.

1. Initial consultation In a free initial consultation, we will discuss together how we can best support you with your company formation in Dubai. We will clarify your goals, personal needs and wishes and answer all your questions to give you a comprehensive understanding of the process.

You will then receive a customized offer with a detailed cost breakdown.

2. Concept development Our team will work out the optimal strategy for your emigration and discuss the next steps with you. We attach great importance to open and transparent communication.

We will provide you with a checklist containing all the necessary documents and certifications for company formation so that you know exactly which documents are required.

3. Company foundation Once we have received your complete documentation, we will take care of preparing all the necessary documents, applying for the required licenses and registering your Establishment Card. You do not need to be present in person in Dubai - we will take care of the entire process for you and keep you informed every step of the way.

4. Entry to Dubai As soon as your company license is available, we will apply for the E-Permit for you. The e-permit is a temporary residence permit for the United Arab Emirates. Once approved, you will need to enter Dubai to complete the final steps of the visa application and apply for your Emirates ID together with us.

5. On-site support After your arrival in Dubai, we will provide you with a German-speaking contact person and a driver service. We take care of all appointments and accompany you personally to all official appointments. We also offer you a VIP medical test with a result within 30 minutes, to which we will also accompany you.

6. Intensive support Even after your emigration, we will continue to stand by your side. Should you have any questions about real estate, tax benefits or other issues, we will stay in close contact to ensure that your start in Dubai is as easy and successful as possible.
